Hi, I’m Dan.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting growth. My experience spans working with children, adolescents, and adults, including roles as a school counselor and behavioral therapist supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I specialize in a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, men’s mental health, stress management, behavioral challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. I also provide support for self-esteem, emotional regulation, coping skills, school-related challenges, mood and thought disorders, self-harm, and spirituality.

My approach is centered on creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing, explore what brought you to therapy, and work together to establish meaningful, realistic goals tailored to your needs.

I also encourage you to ask questions about my experience, therapeutic approach, or anything else that may help you feel more comfortable. Building a strong, trusting relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process, and my priority is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel supported from day one.
